This Bonus Policy governs all bonuses, free spins, cashback and related promotions offered by Z777. The terms herein apply to all players unless a promotion states different conditions in its individual terms. Capitalized terms used herein have the following meanings: Bonus Balance refers to funds credited by promotions, separate from the Real Money Balance; Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and restrictions described below; Eligible Games are those approved by Z777 for a given promotion; and Wagering Requirements are the multiples of the Bonus Balance that must be bet before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
To claim any Deposit Bonus, Free Spin, Cashback or other promotion, a player must meet the following baseline criteria: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have a verified account, including verified email address, verified phone number, full name, residential address and date of birth; (c) have accepted these Terms and Conditions and any applicable game terms; and (d) comply with any geographic or regulatory restrictions applicable to Z777. Bonuses must be activated prior to placing the initial deposit for a promotion. To activate, navigate to the Account area, select Bonus and click the Activate button next to the applicable offer. If the promotion provides a bonus code, the code must be entered before the deposit is processed. Only one active bonus may be claimed at a time; if a new bonus is activated while another bonus is still active, the existing bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited without compensation.
Deposit Bonuses are credits added to the Bonus Balance upon a qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is 1 USD or equivalent in the chosen currency. Each deposit bonus has a stated maximum bonus amount and a wagering requirement that applies to the promotion as a whole. Bonus funds will be credited in the same currency as the deposit unless stated otherwise. Free Spins may be awarded as part of a promotion or a No Deposit offer. Each Free Spin is usable on the designated game(s) only and cannot be transferred. Activation of Free Spins must occur within the period stated in the promotion terms. After activation, players have up to 7 days to activate the Free Spins after they are credited, and up to 24 hours to use the Free Spins from the time of activation. If a Free Spin is not activated within the activation window, it will be removed. Once Free Spins are activated, the game selection is fixed for the duration of the Free Spins. Cashback is credited after the promotion period ends, typically 1 hour after the countdown finishes, and is paid into the player’s main Real Money Balance. Cashback is not subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. To qualify for cashback, deposits (if required) must be made within the promotion window, and only bets with a settled status at the end of the cashback period are eligible. Cashback is calculated in a single currency and is determined by the applicable promotion rules.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the Bonus Balance. Wagering must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds or winnings is permitted. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots 100%, Sportsbook 10%, Live Casino 5%, Dice 5%, Provably Fair Games 5%. Free Play or practice modes do not count toward wagering requirements. Only bets made with Bonus Funds count toward the wagering requirement; bets funded by real money are not counted toward the required turnover. During an active or pending bonus, the maximum bet permitted is 10 USD (or the equivalent in the currency used). Bonuses carry a time limit of 7 days from the date of credit, unless the individual promotion terms specify a different period. When the bonus expires, all bonus money and winnings derived from the bonus are forfeited. After a bonus has been wagered, forfeited, or lost, any associated free spins or bonus rounds must not be used.
Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements have been fully met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings obtained from the bonus. Only fully settled bets contribute toward wagering requirements. If a withdrawal is requested while a promotion is active, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited in whole or part, as determined by Z777. No withdrawal may be processed using bonus funds alone until wagering requirements are satisfied.
Promotional abuse, including activities aimed at guaranteeing profits from bonuses or using multiple accounts to exploit offers, will be investigated and may result in suspension or cancellation of bonuses, closure of accounts and withholding of payments. Z777 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its discretion. In cases of suspected abuse or non-compliance, Z777 may require verification, limit eligibility or impose temporary or permanent bans on participation in promotions or on the entire account.
Promotional terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to players as required by applicable law. The terms and conditions published in English govern the promotions; if translations exist, the English version prevails for interpretation. Z777 reserves the right to implement non-material changes to the terms and conditions without prior notice.
